With just a few exceptions, the fall in days on market has been a pretty progressive drop in the past few months.


This is one of the best metrics to reflect the health of the real estate market in the Greater Prescott area. High demand continues to mean that there are more buyers chasing a very limited supply of homes, which means that a high percentage of sellers are seeing very early offers after listing - multiple offers in many instances.
